Welcome to Main Character Extensions Co.! By booking an appointment, purchasing hair, or accessing our services, you agree to the following terms & conditions. We believe in keeping it clear, classy, and full of respect—for you, your time, and your hair.
💇♀️ Appointments

A consultation is required before any extension service to ensure we choose the right method, length, colour, and amount of hair for your goals.

Please arrive on time to your appointment. We offer a 10-minute grace period before the appointment is considered a no-show.

No-shows or same-day cancellations may result in a rebooking fee or loss of deposit. We value your time—and ours too!

If you're feeling unwell, please reach out as soon as possible—we’re happy to reschedule with notice.

Clients more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and could forfeit their deposit.

All extension hair is final sale due to its custom nature and hygiene standards.

Install fees are non-refundable once the service is complete, though we’ll always work with you to ensure you're happy.

🧴 Aftercare + Maintenance

We provide a full aftercare kit and education following your install to keep your hair looking flawless.

It’s your responsibility to follow aftercare recommendations and book move-up appointments however often your method extensions calls for.

Neglecting aftercare may result in damage or tangling, which we are not responsible for.

Missed or delayed maintenance appointments can affect the lifespan and performance of your extensions.

If extensions are not properly maintained or have become damaged beyond healthy wear, a new set may be required. In these cases, your stylist reserves the right to decide whether the existing extensions can be safely moved up or if a replacement is needed for best results.

We are committed to offering an inclusive, safe, and respectful studio space. Any disrespectful or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate refusal of service.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any client who does not align with our studio values.

Please refrain from bringing extra guests unless previously discussed. Our studio is a calm, private space meant to prioritize you and your experience.
