All hair extensions and products are final sale. Due to the hygienic nature of hair extensions and the custom ordering process (including personalized color matching and length selection), we do not offer refunds on product purchases.
We only source top-of-the-line Remy 100% Human Hair—thick from root to tip, non-tangling, and long-lasting. If there is ever a manufacturer issue or concern with the quality of the product, we’re happy to review it on a case-by-case basis.

We are confident in the skill and expertise of our licensed extension specialists, and we make every effort to ensure you're thrilled with your final look. Because the service is performed and time has been reserved specifically for you, install fees are non-refundable once the service has been completed.
However, our number one goal is to make sure every Main Character leaves the studio happy and glowing. If you have any concerns following your appointment, please contact us within 3 days and we’ll do everything we can to make it right.
